CHALLENGE 1: LONDON TO GENEVA
What You Need to Know
We are so excited that you’ll be joining us for The Billion Metre Challenge. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team on a journey to becoming more active. The first challenge is London to Geneva which is 1 million metres or 1000km. You can do this as time instead of distance and we can convert it: 100hrs of your sporting activity (1Hr = 10km)

This can be covered by swimming, walking, rowing, running, pushing or cycling one million metres or by taking part in 100 hours of sporting activity of your choice. Your activity can include a whole range of activities such as cycling, running and walking, any indoor sports that you are able to do (Dancing, P.E , Online Sessions, Yoga/Pilates) and any activities that raise your heartrate such as gardening and housework. The cost to enter the One Million Metre Challenge is £18 which will include your medal. All proceeds will go to Charity.
Start your challenge at any time after Nov 7th 2021 and submit your Weekly totals and running totals. You can record your activity anyway you like: Pen/paper, excel, strava, garmin, fitbit etc. Our Strava Club is here

When you have completed your challenge, you will be sent a bespoke medal. There will be additional medals for milestones achieved overall as we work towards the overall target.

We will add your totals to the overall total number of metres. This is all about participation and taking part and is open to everyone. The goal is just to keep everyone active.
